The Erection Company is the steel erecting contractor on the Bellevue Plaza, which consists of 3 new commercial and retail towers that will enhance the streetscape in downtown Bellevue. The half-block development located on the West side of 106th Avenue Northeast between Northeast 2nd Street and Main Street consists of about 286,600 square feet of office space, 11,500 square feet of retail space and 925 below-grade parking stalls.
