The Seattle Opera House is a major rebuilding and seismic retrofitting of a historic structure. Located at Fourth Avenue and Mercer Street in the Seattle Center’s northeast corner, the $60 million structure was built to provide state-of-the-art education, artistic, and civic spaces to the residents and visitors of Seattle and the greater Pacific Northwest Area.
