Our Process

From start to finish the team at TEC works hard to make your projects happen. We work with your project managers and engineers from the start to ensure that projects will safe, stable, and timely. TEC fixes issues before they become a problem, from tolerances to deliveries to schedules- we make things work. TEC has strong leaders on the job, running skilled and efficient crews. Our close-out teams will stay onsite to ensure the job finishes strong down to the last detail, all within your timeline.

Exceptional Safety Practices

Safety is king! It is no secret that our industry is one of the most dangerous around. Our safety philosophy is simple- TEC works safe, or we won’t work. From our daily flex and stretch meetings, going over daily job hazards to our proprietary engineered fall protection program, we make sure our team is safe. Each jobsite has a Safety Manager under the guidance of one of our Safety Superintendents to ensure that safety protocols are being followed at all times, as well as to provide appropriate training.
